COMMUNION

All Are Welcome at God’s Table

We believe the Table is God’s alone and as all are invited, all are welcome to receive the Meal, regardless of membership or denominational affiliation. God’s Table is an open, ever-widening one and we are eager to add more seats! Come as you are, bring all yourself: God welcomes you, and we do too. We share communion weekly, providing both wine and juice and bread and gluten-free options. Those who join us from home or online are invited to gather their own elements and participate alongside us.

Those that wish to learn more about communion, especially our youngest of participants, we encourage you joining a Communion Workshop. This is offered twice a year to share the rich history of Passover, Last Supper, and for us what it means to receive this gift of grace. All ages welcomed, we will eat, bake and gather in Jesus’ name. If you wish to celebrate and mark your first communion with us, we want to celebrate that milestone during a special worship service. Typically Maundy Thursday but, can be any worship time. Stay tuned for upcoming workshops, or talk with Pastor Jen Collins.

“Believing in the real presence of Christ, this church practices eucharistic hospitality…” — principle 49 from The Use and Means of Grace

BAPTISM

At Redeemer, we believe Baptism is a beautiful invitation and welcome into the community of faith, through which all of us ~ the baptized, their families and sponsors, and our congregation and pastors ~ covenant together to live and grow in Beloved Community with one another and the world. Regardless of your age, we invite you to the baptismal font of living waters.

For more information about how you or your child can be baptized at Redeemer, contact Pastor Jen Collins, or get in touch through Church offices by phone or email.
