SOUL FOOD SUNDAY THIS SUNDAY, OCTOBER 27th! // Join us immediately after worship this coming Sunday, October 27th, in the fellowship hall, for our annual Soul Food Sunday! We’ll feast on fried chicken and all the fix’s, and then enjoy a concert with renowned Twin Cities artist Robert Robinson.
COMMUNITY GOSPEL CONCERT ft. ROBERT ROBINSON, SUNDAY OCTOBER 27th // Join us after Soul Food Sunday for the free Community Gospel Concert featuring renowned vocalist Robert Robinson and the 2019 Gospel Music Worship Choir, along with guests Othello Collins, Sandra Robinson-Hodges, Courtland Pickens, G. Troken Richards, Brendon Adams & 29:11, and the Young Swedish Fiddlers. Doors open at 3:30pm; Concert begins at 4pm. WOMEN’S RETREAT NEXT WEEKEND // The Women of Redeemer will be escaping to Bay Lake Camp next weekend! We’ll meet at the church at 5pm and leave 6pm, carpool to Garrison, MN for a quick bite to eat, and then caravan to the lake. We’ll return Sunday afternoon! SUNDAY SCHOOL ROLLER SKATING TRIP NEXT SUNDAY // All Redeemer kids are invited to a roller skating party at Minneapolis Roller Garden in St. Louis Park, next Sunday after worship (and parents are invited too!)! The cost is $10 per person for skate rental. For more information, contact Helen Collins. SUNDAY SCHOOL SERVICE PROJET: SUNDAY, NOV. 10th // During regular Sunday School on Nov 10, the children of Redeemer will participate in a Thrivent Action Team Service Project to support Children’s Minnesota Minneapolis hospital. The children will be tying fleece blankets that will be delivered to kids receiving care at the hospital. Teenagers are encourage to join Sunday School that day too! HELP NEEDED WITH SUNDAY SCHOOL // We are in the process of revamping our Sunday school program to have parents and other loving adults more involved with our kiddos!
