ALL SAINTS DAY OF REMEMBRANCE
During worship this Sunday, November 6th, we will have a remembrance table set up during worship. We invite you to bring a photo or memorabilia to honor a loved one who’s died. We will celebrate, remember, and honor them with a community altar. You will also be invited to light a candle during the service.

As always, our Sunday worship will be streaming on Zoom here (passcode: Redeemer) and live on Facebook. The worship bulletin can be found here on our website.

DON'T FORGET!

Remember to set your clocks back an hour on Saturday, November 5th, for the end of Daylight Savings Time.

HELP US CREATE MEANINGFUL WORSHIP
Now that we are hosting worship indoors, we need YOU to volunteers to be a reader (also known as a lector), usher, and/or be communion assistants during our services. This is the work of the people: Young and old are welcome to participate. Reach out to Randy and Diana Romsdahl (rjromsdahl@gmail.com) or Pastor Jen (pastor@redeemermpls.org) to sign up ahead, the morning of, or to ask any questions!

SUPPORTING MANDY & BLAKE

Some of our Redeemer community members have joined up to rally support for Mandy and Blake Dion as they prepare to move into their new apartment! We are asking that you:

1) visit and share the GoFundMe link
and make a donation to help offset the cost of their rent increase due to moving to a temporary market rate apartment; and

2)
stay tuned for helping them move in November to their new home less than 1/2 mile from their current RCFL apartment!

WINTER GEAR NEEDED!

In partnership with Redeemer, Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church (N. 4th St, Mpls), and Cub Foods (Vicksburg Lane, Plymouth), beloved community member Starr aka. Sister Pickles the Clown is collecting winter gear to be distributed this winter to those in need.

We will have a box in narthex where you may bring
new hats, gloves, and socks throughout the month of November.
Let’s be the hands and feet of Jesus to our neighbors this winter!

DIAPERS NEEDED

Our neigborhood food shelf at MCCC still needs diapers! All sizes are welcomed, but sizes 3, 4, 5, and 6 most needed. Redeemer volunteers will be packing boxes Friday November 18th (10am-12pm) for delivery on Saturday the 19th at 10am.

To volunteer or drop off diapers, please contact Sally Ankerfelt: (612) 203-6530 or
sally@giftfamilyservices.com

On Thanksgiving Eve, we will host a Northside Parish Celebration Service together with Salem and Christ the River of Life, when we will recognize, honor, and celebrate Indigenous People and begin re-framing the narrative of this American Holiday.
The worship service will be followed by Pie Fellowship ~
so bake or buy a pie to share with our neighbors!
