 WE NEED YOU! Do you like assembling Christmas Trees? Do you love decorating for Christmas? Then we need your help on Tomorrow, Saturday December 3 at 2:00 pm to decorate our sanctuary for Advent. Please contact Randy Romsdahl with any questions. Advent Coffee Hour Join us this Sunday morning and on December 11th and 18th for Advent Coffee Hour in the fellowship from 9-10am. Advent FAMILY Kits Advent FAMILY Kits are still available, and each comes with instructions on how to make special ornaments. Be creative and make some of your own too! Each week we want to take your decorations and add more festive color and joy to our worship space! Advent Calendars are also available with invitations to try different activities each and every day of December. Pick one up, or download them for printing at home! Lectio Divina: Evenings of Advent Reflection Tuesdays at 6:30pm on Zoom | December 6th & 13th Lectio Divina or Sacred Reading is the slow, repetitive reading of a sacred text that leads one to the ultimate step of resting in God. It is not a Scripture study, nor a spiritual reading. It is an invitation to take a long, loving look at Scripture. During our 45 min time, we will walk through a 4 step process each week using the text for Advent. This practice can be adapted and incorporated into individual prayer life. Zoom link here (passcode: Redeemer) Northside Advent Gathering & Vespers Wednesday, December 14th | 5:30-8:00 pm Dinner! Sock Exchange (all ages)! Vespers and Caroling! Family Cookie Sharing! Save the date and plan to bring friends and family to an evening of fun and fellowship. Starting at 5:30 pm at Christ the River of Life. More details to come. ADVENT KIDS PROGRAM & EVENTS ~ December 18th during worship ~ We would love your children to join us in Advent to prepare to tell the story of Jesus’ birth through the arts. CHRISTMAS EVE & CHRISTMAS DAY
  We are excited to host our 20th Annual Redeemer Christmas Store on December 10th from 9:30 to 11am! The Christmas Store offers our community's kids a chance to buy 4-for-$1 (25 cents each) gift-wrapped presents for their family members. We love sharing the magic of Christmas and the joy of giving with our partner congregations, Redeemer volunteers, and neighbors! We know that between all of us in the Redeemer community, our partner congregations, and the Harrison Neighborhood we've got all the assets to make it great. WE NEED YOUR HELP! CALLING ALL THRIVENT MEMBERS
HELP US CREATE MEANINGFUL WORSHIP Now that we are having worship indoors, we are looking for volunteers to be a reader (also known as a lector), usher and communion assistants at our services. This is the work of the people, young and old can participate. Reach out to Randy and Diana Romsdahl or Pastor Jen to sign up ahead, the morning of or ask any questions.  SUPPORT FOR NEIGHBORS IN NEED Along with collecting new hats, gloves, socks, and other winter gear for our unhoused neighbors, in partnership with Starr (aka Sister Pickles the Clown), we are also collecting funds for two community mamas with deep ties to Redeemer!
