Open Streets Broadway Ave W
Saturday, September 10th, 2016 11:00am - 5:00pm For the first year on West Broadway Avenue, Minneapolis residents will have the opportunity to explore and enjoy their neighborhood streets without the presence of motorized traffic at Open Streets Broadway! West Broadway will be FREE and open to all for one, sweet September Saturday afternoon. A great opportunity to bring Northside Pride out in the streets. Open Streets is a citywide project with events in 8 neighborhoods. Open Streets West Broadway is the North Minneapolis Open Streets, locally organized by the team and network of the West Broadway Coalition, building on the good work of the Lowry Corridor Business Association which hosted Open Streets on Lowry Avenue in years past. Open Streets events bring together local businesses, families, and neighbors to bike, walk, socialize, play and shop in their communities in a car-free environment. Redeemer and Venture North will be represented at Open Streets, so make sure to stop by their tables! Items needed for Vicar Our new pastoral intern, Alissa Kretzmann, is getting settled into her apartment and could use a few more things to make the apartment 'complete.' If you are able to contribute or loan any of the following items, please talk to Alissa or send her an email at vicar@redeemermpls.org. Thanks for considering helping in this way!
