Help Prepare the Redeemer Urban Garden & Community Bread Oven
Get ready for community gatherings this spring at Redeemer by participating in these fun, DIY activities. This weekend, a group of volunteers will be building wood storage and a prep counter for the Community Bread Oven. Volunteers and community gardeners will also be pulling weeds and turning over beds to get the community garden ready for planting. No construction or gardening experience necessary. Pizza will be made available to volunteers. Please come any time between 11am-3pm Saturday, April 2, 2016 and/or 1pm-5pm Sunday, April 3, 2016! We'd love to see you there!

We mourned the recent death of our beloved Joann Rice. Joann and Jerry were on their return flight from wintering in Mazatland, Mexico when Joann passed away. Please keep Jerry and Joann’s family in your prayers.
Our prayers are with Kiara, Andrew and Olia Jorgensen in our prayers, as they are going through a high risk pregnancy. The Jorgensen purchased a home and are living in West St Paul.
Continue to pray for the family of Jamar Clark and our North Minneapolis community. Next week Redeemer's Black Lives Matter group will meet with representatives from the Minneapolis police administration. A topic of the conversation will be violence de-escalation. The meeting invitation is extended to participants in Redeemer's Black Lives Matters Coalition.
Congratulations to John and Anna Schwehn. John has been called to serve as a pastor at Christ the King in New Brighten. The service of ordination is going to be on Saturday, April 9.
