Interested in giving your time to Redeemer’s Ministries?
These are the biggest volunteer opportunities happening right now:
Park and Lake Theater Production: February 3, 2018 This Saturday, February 3rd at 3pm, in partnership with Redeemer Center for Life (RCFL) and Redeemer Lutheran Church, Ten Thousand Things Theater Company will host a theatrical production of Park and Lake in Redeemer’s fellowship hall. The show will run for just over two hours, and we need volunteers to help set up and serve coffee during intermission (to go with the snacks and water they provide). If you can help out, email Amy at firstname.lastname@example.org
Fellowship Ministry Redeemer’s Fellowship Ministry, which plans and hosts all our after-worship meals and gatherings, is always looking for more volunteers to help set-up and clean-up and help host fellowship. If you'd like to join the Fellowship Team, please contact Bitta Gordon or Amy Koopman.
Redeemer Children Youth and Family Ministries Redeemer’s Children and Youth ministries rely upon volunteers from the congregation to walk alongside children and youth in their faith formation. If you’d like to serve as a Sunday School or Nursery volunteer or if you are interested in volunteering as a driver, mentor or adult chaperone for middle and high school youth events, please contact Education Minister Helen Collins or Vicar Matt Canniff-Kesecker.
RAP (Redeemer Afterschool Program) Redeemer Lutheran Church, in partnership with RCFL, is working currently to reimagine, redesign, and rebuild a thriving afterschool youth program for our neighbors. With the help of Youth Bank directors Marcell Locust and Tasheante Trotter, Redeemer and its staff Vicar Matt Canniff-Kesecker and Romario Smith plan to launch the new programs early in 2017. If you'd like to volunteer or join the youth ministry team, contact Matt Canniff-Kesekcer or Romario Smith.
